Christie Rose Vitucci is a Vice President at EA RESIG with 10 years of experience in accounting, tax, and financial services. Christie oversees several fund administration teams comprised of a variety of distressed and opportunistic debt and equity real estate funds.
Christie has extensive background in investment fund accounting and administration for private equity real estate funds. She is well versed in the valuation of assets, performance fee calculations, tax blockers, REIT's and funds with complex organizational structures. She also has knowledge in multiple areas of tax for personal, partnerships, real estate taxation.
Prior to joining the firm, Christie was an Assistant Vice President at the real estate fund advisory firm Real Estate Systems Implementation Group, LLC (RESIG). Christie came to RESIG from a tax accounting firm where she worked on the preparation of taxes for corporations, partnerships, and individuals.
