Fen Chen

Fen Chen is a Senior Vice President at EA RESIG LLC, with over 15 years of experience in financial reporting and administration services for private equity buyout funds, real estate funds and qualified opportunity funds. She manages onboarding and fund accounting for various real estate private equity funds.

Prior to joining the firm, Fen was a Vice President at the accounting firm Imowitz Koenig & Co., LLP (IK) and their real estate fund advisory firm Real Estate Systems Implementation Group LLC (RESIG), where she primarily focused on financial reporting, cash management and operations, carried interest calculations and investor services for various real estate fund clients.
Additionally, Fen was a Director at one of the largest private equity administrators that provides fund administration and tax services. She started her career at a public global outsourcing solutions firm that helped investment firms and insurance companies.
