Louis D. Alaimo

Louis D. Alaimo is a Vice President at EA RESIG LLC. With over 10 years of experience, Louis specializes in providing fund accounting services and primarily focuses on the Real Estate industry.

Louis is proficient in review of investor allocations, financial statements, waterfall schedules, capital calls, distribution, and subsequent close calculations. He manages the accounting and administration services to provide back-office support for a variety of real estate private equity funds, co-investments, and joint ventures.

Prior to joining the firm, Louis was a supervisor at a mid-sized accounting firm where he oversaw day-to-day operations of the Audit team and acted as a liaison between the team and management. He was the main point of contact for clients, reviewed staff work papers, and prepared work papers for complex audit areas. In addition, he designed and instructed various training courses. Louis also served as an associate manager for one of the largest global fund administrators where he trained and oversaw a handful of staff. Louis and his team provided back-office support and services across many large hedge funds and private equity funds.
