Sue Lai

Sue Lai is a Vice President at EA RESIG LLC, with over 10 years of public accounting experience. Sue is responsible for providing and managing the daily accounting and reporting function for various private equity real estate funds, co-investment, and feeder funds. She oversees a variety of opportunistic debt and equity real estate funds, open ended fund, and evergreen emerging manager vehicles.
Prior to joining the firm, Sue an Assistant Vice President at the accounting firm Imowitz Koenig & Co., LLP (IK) and their real estate fund advisory firm Real Estate Systems Implementation Group LLC (RESIG), where she focused on financial reporting and fund administration services.
