Svetlana Fishilevich

Svetlana Fishilevich is a Vice President at EA RESIG LLC, with over 15 years of public and private accounting experience providing fund accounting and administration for real estate private equity funds. She is responsible for review of investor’s capital statements as well as supervises staff to monitor fund accounting operations for credit and equity funds, capital calls and distributions to investors.

Additionally, Svetlana reviews the monthly and quarterly reporting workpapers, financial statements and review of financial reports for clients and their investors.

Prior to joining the firm, Svetlana was a Portfolio Manager at the real estate fund advisory firm Real Estate Systems Implementation Group LLC (RESIG). She was responsible for the daily fund operations and managed fund cash flow and expenses, prepared capital calls, distributions, allocations, and investor notices. Svetlana also calculated management fees, IRRs and maintained and reviewed fund books, generated and reviewed quarterly and annual financial statements among other services.
